Those not registered have so many difficulties in accessing credit. Let’s find out why and how to overcome them.
There are categories that are not exactly acceptable to the banking and credit system, and those that are not registered are part of these. These are subjects who have never had any kind of relationship with banks or finance companies or, better said, they have never had access to or applied for mortgages, loans, and transfers. These people do not have a financial history and, for this reason, it is difficult for banks to establish creditworthiness . These are subjects completely unknown to the banking system.
This category includes young people who have not yet had the opportunity to approach the credit system, but also foreigners and small and large investors. These subjects are in a borderline situation, since they are not present in any database they cannot be said to be unreliable payers, but it is not possible to affirm the opposite either.
The distrust of the non-registered
In the banking system as a whole, it is possible to find a certain mistrust towards those who have not yet been registered. The reason is very simple to explain: being impossible for banks to assess the risk of insolvency they find themselves in the difficult situation of having to evaluate the subject simply for his income. The poor applicant, without a banking history , will inexorably refuse his request from all the institutions where he will go. On the other hand, for the bank it is too big a risk, to give credit to a non-surveyed is equivalent to a real leap into the void. The control of databases is a fundamental step for the evaluation of a practice and this crucial phase cannot be carried out on those who have never had loans.
How can a non-registered loan be obtained?
If a non-surveyed person is not present in the databases, and for this reason he is not granted any loan, how can the subject get out of his situation and be registered? To enter the banking circuit, the non-registered person must proceed by degrees. The non-registered can in fact apply for loans, but must be supported by a guarantor , obviously registered. In this way the bank or financial institution can assess the financial reliability of the person signing the guarantee, and at the same time the economic solidity of the non-registered applicant. Once the positive result is received, the non-surveyed subject will be able to enter the banking circuit in this way as his name is present in the major databases.
To be registered, it will not be only his data, but also those concerning the ongoing financing.
The subject will thus write his financial history, regular and irregular payments will be registered, the net paid and the repayment methods. Once the financing obtained with the guarantor is completed, the data of the subject will remain in the database. Having left the unpleasant situation, the user, thanks to his financial history, will be able to make other requests without necessarily having to present a guarantee signature.
