The Suzuki Owners Club was formed in 1973 in Manchester, Great Britain and since then has grown to be one of the larger single manufacturer Clubs in the United Kingdom and the most successful Suzuki club in the world. It has members spread throughout the UK as well as overseas and provides a host of information and activities for Suzuki owners.

The Suzuki Owners Club of the USA is a sister organization to the original SOC-UK. It is operated and maintained in a fashion similar to those methods practiced by the British organization, and shares the ideology of the SOC-UK. The SOC-USA was formed by the tireless efforts of 20 individuals over a 9-month period which culminated in the announcement of our existence and acceptance of memberships on 04 May 1999.

The Club is run by the members for the members to provide a social focal point for owners of Suzuki motorcycles. Many benefits are available by joining, from discounts offered by participating dealers on spare parts and accessories to a wealth of technical assistance through the network of our members.

The Club publishes its own quarterly newsletter, the SOC-USA NEWS, which is distributed to all members to keep them up to date with news, events and special offers, in addition to technical advice, product and machine reviews.

There are two types of membership: Individual and Associate (for two members in one household). Currently owning any model of Suzuki motorcycle, having previously owned or contemplating a near future purchase of any Suzuki motorcycle duly qualifies you for membership. This coupled with a desire to further the interests of the Club is all that is required for you to apply for membership.

The National Officers and Regional Coordinators of the SOC-USA are elected by the membership.

The future of the SOC-USA is as bright and expansive as its membership wants it to be. We rely on your feedback and suggestions to make this possible.
